Needs to reformat my PC, how to save pathloss?

HI Guys,

I need to re-install my OS and re-format my PC since i am having some problem with the OS. I want to Un-install Pathloss and re-install it again after fixing my PC, my problem is that i had left the Key disk somewhere in Egypt. Is there some other ways that i can do the re-installation with out the Disk.

Hi,

There is no way you can retrieve the key from the software without key disk, at least none that I know of.

Anyway, you can always request for recovery password from Pathloss proving you provide the serial no + details of yourcopy.

I have a colleague with another set of Key Disk for Pathloss. Can i use this to Un-install and Install my pathloss so that i can re-format my PC without losing my Program.

Hi,

I don't think you'll be ble to d othat. You even need to install from the same software CD that comes with the Key Disk. Anyway, I'm speaking from experience.
