I'm looking for a program that converts degree, minute and second to UTM using Pathloss 3.0.

Could anybody help me please?

Fred,

I think you can do this using Pathloss 3.0, just do the following:
In your Terrain data module, go to coordinates and choose the forward option. Put in your Lat and Long DMS values and it should give you the UTM values.
