antenna height tradeoff report

When i edit a antenne height trade off report, pathloss using ,in a calculation, a clerance distance with a first fresnel zone ratio or with a theoric axis between two antennas?

Its the clerance from the first Fersenal Zone as Antenna heights are realtive when F Zone comes into picture.

The fresnel Zone effect is already taken into account in the antenna module and leads to increasing the effect of the earth bulk blockage.
