New antenna data

I would like to generate a new antenna fiel (MAS file). I have to generate a DAT or ADF file first. Can anybody tell me how to do this?

As reference, take any dat file of Andrew. Some fields are described in Pathloss Manual. If you want to have standard antenna pattern you can take recommendation of ITU-R. Could you describe more detailed your problem?
