Hi,
I have a trouble with the Pathloss 4.0, related with the inicializating part. I've thought it was something related to the key disquette but It doesn't work.
I can execute the program only to the Resume module, because all other modules are blocked and the option of Configure / Program / Initializate program is in bold. I have no idea what could happened or how to solve it, this happened from one day to the next one, and I'd already installed the program some time ago.
Have anybody a idea what could happened?

You are not alone. We had 5 copies go down when the time changed to daylight savings time on sunday morning. It only occured on those copies of the program that had been recently updated from the web site. Maybe this is an added feature that they have added?? I would imagine when they get through the backlog of phone calls that they give us an explanation. For now the only "fix" is to re-initialize from the key disk. If you don't have any authorizations left phone the office and they can give you a code.

Yes there was a problem with how the program handled daylight saving time. The program has been fixed. The solution is to download the maintenance update and apply it. This will solve the problem. You do not need to reinialize the program.
