I am looking a conversion program to convert the dems to .30m or .10m. Is Pathloss compatible with .10m files?
I know the formats are in the manual, but I am looking for an existing program so that I don't have to write one.
Because of the size of the dems, they are stored remotely, so I can't use Pathloss to do the conversion.
