Lightbulb Suggestions

You may have already tried some of these but here goes. I am assuming the actual radio electronics is operating correctly and you dont have the cash to link both sites by alternative path/s or increase antenna size to overcome fade depth.

Note that I am not an engineer. I am a technician with experience of your problem. What has worked for me in the past may not work for you.

If you cant get at least 9m of antenna separation then try :
1. Vertical Pol
2. Uptilt on TX antenna so far end receive level is less than 3dB (increase Tx power by 3db if you can)
3. Lower diversity antenna in height to achieve lowest point of LOS.

have you tried by varying the inclination between two dishes. This change in inclination will help u in solving the problem.Secondly on Pathloss in reflection module you can find the optimal seperation between the antennae for best signal.

Default K man suggestion

the 3rd suggestion by K man is a very good one.
3. Lower diversity antenna in height to achieve lowest point of LOS.
as when you lower the diversity antenna to the extent that the LOS is at risk you are now sure that there will be no multipath on the diversity antenna (it will be blocked by the obstacle)
