Hello,

I'm looking for a rain zone map for Europe (pdf or whatever) to use it with Pathloss.

I don't have the Pathloss manual on my computer, so if you have a link, please post it.

Thanks,

Jeremy

Hi,

Is there any new update about rain file region? Our company has a MW network in southern Europe, under region K (well it was under that region al least 3 years ago)....and since the nature changed quite a bit, I found out from our statistics that one summer heavy-rainy-day causes the MW link cut-off time that is equal or greater than Pathloss calculated annual cut-off time!!!

Enjoy the summer time

Cheers,
Ales

The link below can be used to calculate the ITU Rain Rate for any country in the world. It uses the Recommendation ITU-R P.837-3. It requires site co-ordinates to be in Decimal Degrees. It can also be used to determine the refractivity gradient of any country in the would.
