Default Andrew antenna files- which to download

i needed to download some 900 MHz pattern files from Andrews. I contacted them and they stated that the TIA-804-A format was formatted correctly to import into Pathloss. I downloaded the patetrn file for a DB499-K antenna and found the pattern all messed up.

Does anyone know which file format I should download that would be in the correct format?
Here is the link for the pattern download section for this particular antenna:

I made these files compatible for you, you can download it here:

Please note that there are two files inside
1. DB499 for VHF-UHF application
2. DB499 for Microwave application (Just incase)
