Pathloss Version 4.0 - Build date June 13, 2008
The following changes have been implemented in this build:
Pathloss 4.0 now supports USGS data in the GRIDFLOAT format - October 26, 2006
The ESRI GRIDFLOAT terrain database format has been added in this build. This has been tested with the USGS supplied USB hard-drive
Pathloss 4.0 now has german language support - October 12, 2006
The Pathloss 4. program nows includes a german language module, which like french, spanish and english, allows the users to change the interface language on the fly. The translation was provided by TKT Teleconsult, a German based company who offers Pathloss training courses.
USGS SRTM Data Now Supported
Pathloss 4.0 now supports the SRTM data. The SRTM data is available through the following two USGS sources:
USGS NED SDDS Now Supported
Pathloss 4.0 now supports the USGS Seamless Data Distribution System which includes the National Elevation Dataset (NED) and the Shuttle Radar Topography Mission (SRTM) datasets. Click here for instructions on how to use with Pathloss.
CDED 1:50,000 Files Now Supported
The CDED (Canadian Digital Elevation Data) 1:50,000 files available from geobase.ca are now supported by the Pathloss program. You must download the latest Pathloss update in order to use.
