PROBLEM:

When installing the Pathloss Program on Windows 95/98, the Setup program make prompt you to place the Setup Disk in the drive, even though the correct Setup Disk is already there.

CAUSE:

This problem is due to either the Setup Disk being write protected or the Setup program is having trouble communicating with the device driver.

SOLUTION:

Upgrade your program using these instructions.
