Fixed memory leak that would occur when calculating diffraction loss with building ranges. Generating profiles using vector building clutter was especially susceptible to this bug.

Interference calculation using XPIC. The interference reports for cases involving XPIC operation have been modified. The horizontally polarized receiver and the vertical polarized frequency are now considered as two separate cases. The previous version considered both H and V as the same receiver.
